I came in there so worried about my visit! When Akia came in everything changed. She was so caring , kind and compassionate! Made me feel so comfortable! Never had such a great experience! When Kyle came into the room, he was just as nice! Had a terrific experience! Thank you Eastside Urgent Care! Will definitely be comfortable coming in again.

I like this place because it's easy to make appointments and easy to get in and out, however I don't think care is really taken to diagnose the patient correctly. I went in for a wound on my arm that was 2 days old, very swollen and very hot. I was more concerned about how swollen it was and how hot it was than how horrible the scar looked. I wanted to make sure I didn't have an infection. I had to remind the doc that it was hot and swollen to the touch and that was my concern as at first she just looked at it and said it would be fine and was healing normally. After I reminded her of the swelling she said it was just a hematoma and she had someone come in to give me a tetanus shot for good measure. Once I got home, my arm just would not get better and kept oozing a bit. Two weeks later a huge splinter emerged from the wound while I was bathing. When I was at UC she claimed that nothing foreign was in the wound. it is possible she couldn't see it, but I think more palpitation of the swollen part and how hot the skin was should have been best and would have uncovered that something was not right. Please see pics. I believe that another establishment would have knew something was wrong. I suffered for almost 3 weeks until this huge splinter worked it's way out of my skin. If it weren't for the tetanus shot this could have turned out to be very very bad. I saw them on September 2nd (on or about). The splinter worked it's way out on September 19th! I'm glad I still have my arm.

Everyone was very nice. I was a little apprehensive about urgent care but everything went very smoothly. Dr. Kyle and tech were very helpful and informative. Overall pretty good experience.

Very professional Wait was only about 15 minutes every time I visited. Doctors communicate with their patients very well. Treatment effective.
